Thickness: 11 mm (circa). Dimensionall tolerance: +/- 5%.

As this product is entirely made by hand from natural materials, each rug is unique and unrepeatable: 2 or more rugs requested in the same size and/or colour will inevitably differ in size (tolerance) and/ or colour tone. It is possible that in the first period the rug will produce a small amount of fuzz. This will stop in a short period of time. This issue cannot constitute grounds for complaint.
